SKNG Services is a Canberra based ICT recruitment and labour hire company, run by contractors for contractors. We place people into contract roles with federal government clients across Australia, and we're building our talent pool ahead of upcoming programs of work.

What we do differently
Our margins are lower than most agencies. That isn't just about fairness, it materially improves your chances of being shortlisted, because the rate the client sees is lower for the same take-home to you.
We also put real work into your application. Selection criteria responses are where most submissions are won or lost, and we'll help you draft, sharpen and structure yours rather than leaving you to it. We offer rate guidance based on what we're seeing in the market, and we handle payroll in house so your invoicing, super and tax stay simple.
If you're new to contracting, we'll walk you through it. A lot of good people never make the jump because the process is opaque. It doesn't need to be.
Who we're looking for
We work across ICT, with particular depth in business analysis, enterprise architecture and agile delivery. We also place into project management, development, infrastructure, cloud, data, security and testing.
To work with us on federal government contracts:
Australian citizenship is essential
An AGSVA security clearance is beneficial, though not always required
Experience in government or large complex organisations is highly valued
Most of the roles we fill are long term, often 12 months with extension options. Shorter engagements come up as well.
