Key duties and Responsibilities
Oversee software development projects, write optimised code, and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers, being responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by the team.
Understand AMSA's business and mission, and perform cohesively within small IT project teams working closely with business teams.
Address all essential and desirable criteria in submissions, as candidates that do not address the criteria may not be considered.

Essential criteria
Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.
Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with experience in modern frameworks such as Vue.js.
Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
Experience working with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Desirable criteria
Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.
Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
